AUGUST GROUP RUN

As always, we are hosting a group run of the month. This month, the run will be held from our Charlestown studio and we’re offering a 6 mile run.

The run includes pacers for 8,9,10 and 11 min/mile runners, as well as snacks and refreshments for after you run.
