MAC Southie is expanding into the space next door. The new space will feature two new fitness rooms. The first being a strength room with racks, TRX, and a variety of equipment. The second being a mat based room for recovery and mat based strength classes.

The new space is projected to open this April. Stay tuned for pre-opening deals and grand opening details.

The MAC 2026 March Madness Tournament will run from March 16th - April 3rd, with 3 rounds of competition (Monday - Saturday). Sign ups will be IN STUDIO ONLY from Feb 28th - March 11th.

Power HIIT classes at our Beverly studio are just $18 for the next two weeks! Our Power HIIT classes are a great mix of cardio and strength (no running!) and held in our strength room. Find Power HIIT classes at the following times:

Tuesdays 6:30AM, 8:30AM + 5:30PM

Saturdays 8:30AM

Thursday, April 9th, 5pm in Charlestown. Learn proper form, technique, best practices and rules and regulations for HYROX . Taught by 4 HYROX experienced instructors, this 90 min workshop is great for those preparing for HYROX or thinking of signing up. We’ll go through rower, ski erg, sled push, sled pull, farmers cary, sandbag lunges, burpee broad jump and wall balls.
