We’re taking our new format outside for the Summer. MAC Southie studio will now offer mat based stretch, flow and strength classes in our new space, but starting June 12th, we’re heading to Park City on Friday mornings to enjoy the summer months.
This class consists of 45 minutes, starting with a stretch flow, and going into a specific strength set (upper body, lower body, or core). You’ll then finish up with 5-10 minutes of a stretch. What a way to start your Friday :)
Park City Classes are $25. Sign up on the South Boston schedule. Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
