MYSTRYDE is now officially a HYROX affiliate. You’ll notice HYROX classes on our schedule on Thursdays. HYROX classes will have a more group workout feel, but the same quality. You do not have to be signed up for a HYROX competition to take theses classes, they will be a great workout either way.
