MAY INSTRUCTOR OF THE MONTH: MICAELA!

Every month we highlight one of our amazing instructors so that you can get to know them a little bit better. Take 4 classes with that month’s Instructor of the Month and earn a free class!

To enroll: Download the MYSTRYDE mobile app, click on the STAR Icon, and enroll in the challenge. Classes that you take with that month’s instructor will be automatically tracked. Once you’ve reached 4 classes, show the front desk your app and they will add in a free class! Classes are valid for one month from redemption.

May’s Spotlight is Micaela Pitts!

A Cardic ICU nurse by day (and night), and one heck of an instructor. To celebrate Micaela, and in conjunction with National Nurses Week, any nurses who show proof of employment receive a FREE class credit that can be used anytime May 6th - May 12th. Micaela will also be teaching a special Nurses Appreciation Class on May 8th at 6:45pm in South Boston.


MAY MAIN LIFTS (CHARLESTOWN STRENGTH ROOM ONLY)

Our Power classes in Charlestown are built to make you stronger. Each day of the week you have a main lift to focus on for the entire month. This lifts will change/rotate each month.

MONDAY: Dead Lift

TUESDAY: Back Squat

WEDNESDAY: Chest Press

THURSDAY: Power HIIT (no main lift)

FRIDAY: Hip Thruster

SATURDAY: Power HIIT (no main lift)

SUNDAY: Surprise Lift


COMMUNITY CLASSES

If you see a “Community Class” on the schedule, these classes are the same as our regular class, but they let everyone access the class at a lesser price point. We often offer community classes at off class times, and they will sometimes differ from month to month. However, we always keep them for Friday Afternoons to help you kick start your weekend!

Community classes also give our instructors a chance to try & test new formats to keep it fresh, particularly in the Charlestown Strength room. Give your feedback when we bring you something new!

Pre/Post Natal Power Stryde Series with Kayla Mehr: Thursdays at 6pm

  • Join us for a special pre/post natal series! Expecting & new moms can expect a great workout without modifications.

  • Two classes in Charlestown (May 2nd and May 16th) and two classes in South Boston (May 9th and May 23rd). Special credit required to book and schedule.

Mother’s Day Power Stryde 60: Sunday May 12th @ 10am | Both Studios

  • 60 minute Power Stryde class followed by light bites, mimosas and a DIY Flower Arrangement station thanks to Ilex Flowers (Southie) and Junebug (Charlestown).

  • Bring your mom, friend or someone special in your life.

Harpoon 5-Miler: May 19th @ 10am

  • MYSTRYDE will have a tent at the Harpoon 5-miler this year! Stop by and say hello!

Blue Jean Mile to support the National Association for Mental Illness: May 21st @ 6pm | Both Studios

Make sure to read our marketing emails, as well as follow us on instagram, as we will add additional classes, audio classes and open gym time when the weather is bad for those training or looking to get your miles in despite the cold. Never hesitate to ask for more classes, we are here to help.
